Amit completed his Master of Laws degree in Chinese Law at Tsinghua University of Beijing and was appointed as an foreign arbitrator by China's largest arbitration commission - CIETAC.

International Attorney Amit Ben-Yehoshua is the founder and managing partner of Amit & Co. Amit is licensed to practice law in Israel and California and completed his Master of Law Degree in Chinese Law at Tsinhgua University of Beijing.
Amit specifies in cross-border law with a focus on foreign investment in China, Israel and the US. Amit resided in China for nine years. He is the co-founder of the Israeli Chamber of Commerce in China and served as the vice chair of the China Commitee o the American Bar Association and as the Chief editor's of the China Committee legal publication.
A large majority of Amit's client are from technology related industries including high-tech, agri-tech, bio-tech and clean-tech. Amit served as a legal counsel for large scale listed companies and for small scale enterprises from around the world in both transactions and dispute resolution matters. Amit is the first Israeli-American arbitrator to be appointed to serve as a member of the foreign panels of arbitrators by China's largest arbitration commission, CIETAC.
Amit is a frequent speaker and writer about cross-border investment. Amit has lectured in numerous renowned professional and academic institutions across the world including the American Bar Association, the American Chamber of Commerce in Shanghai, the Los Angels Bar Association, Tel-Aviv Univesity, the Technion, Israel's Institute of of Technology, the Israeli Export Institute.
